Types of Proposal documents
There are following types of offer documents:

Technical specifications | Documents which contains the goods description, services \ works, its technical, qualitative characteristics |
Bill of quantity | Calculation of the proposal price value |
Commercial proposal | Typically, the form of the price quotation determined by the tender documentation, which indicates participant proposal price |
Qualification documents | Eligibility documents which prove that the participant fits with qualification criteria according to the tender documentation requirements. Example: specialists list, projects list, Agreements, certificates, licenses, etc. |
Eligibility documents | Documents which prove the absence of any circumstances which could affect the refusal of my participation in tender, in accordance with Article 17 of Statute 'Public Procurement' |
Note!
In public procurement, all offers and proposals are public and are open for viewing by any user.
Exception is the documents of the proposal, which were defined as confidential. This feature is only available for procedures European procedures.
The documents specified by the participant as confidential, are opened exclusively to the Customer and are closed to all other users throughout the entire procedure.
When proposal documents become public (Expand)
In the procedures which has the 'Prequalification' stage, namely
- Open procurement published in English
- Competitive ialogue published in English
- ESCO procedure
, part of the proposal's documents becomes public for review before the Auction happen, on the "Prequalification" stage. The table below shows summary information.
