‘Your Personal Data Tab

On the ‘Personal Profile’ tab you should fill in your profile details. Here you can also change your profile details including changing your electronic address and password, previously set for access to your Private Cabinet.

Please fill in and save all obligatory fields with your personal data to get access to Company Registration.

‘Company’ Tab:

On the ‘Company’ tab you should fill in the details of a Company, on behalf of which you are authorized to participate in the procurements.

WIP! In case the Company is already authorized on IZI TRADE® Platform, while filling in the Company Registration Number (ID) the system will automatically propose you to send a request to join to the colleague, who previously registered this Company and owns the Role of ‘Administrator’.

‘Members Tab:

On the ‘Members’ Tab you can add and administrate Platform Users, who can participate in tenders with you.

This Tab is only available for users with the Role of ‘Administrator’.

The role of ‘Administrator’ is assigned to the user at the first registration of the company.

To add user to the members list enter his e-mail adress into the special form and proceed request by entering relevant button.

The user ill receive an email to the entered address with the link to proceed futher.

Attention

In case the email address which you have entered is already registered in the system you will receive an error. You can add only users which are not linked (registered) to any other company in the system.

After member will be approved, his record will be presented in the company members list. By default, the new user will have a Manager role

To edit the role, enter an edit icon near member block. To delete user from members enter the trash icon.

Join Request from user

The system supports to receive the join request from users. Read more about ho to create join request by user on Company tab chapter.

User roles and authorities

The system supports 3 user roles:

‘Balance’ Tab:

On the ‘Balance’ Tab you have the opportunity to replenish the balance of your Company for further participation in tenders.

You can easily replenish the balance by creating an invoice or using a bank card.

Also on the ‘Balance’ Tab you can track your cash flow history, download / delete the created invoices.

Enter the sum value and choose the payment method:

  • by bank card
  • an invoice to pay from company bank account

Attention

Minimum payment sum value is 170 UAH

In case the invoice method was chosen, the system ill generate an invoice which will be displayed in Invoices posted chapter. Download an invoice and make a payment.

After receiving payment, the balance will be recharged.

On the ‘Subscriptions’ Tab you can set up the functionality of subscription mailings of tenders, that you are interested in

‘Notifications’ Tab:

On the ‘Notifications’ Tab you can browse all your messages received and sent on this Platform, including notifications on employees, who joined your company, as well as all events related to your participation in tenders.
